Tensor Corp LLP ("RideSync", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the laws of India, values your trust and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our mobile application ("App") and related services.
By downloading, accessing, or using RideSync, you expressly consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Platform. This Policy complies with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 ("SPDI Rules").
We collect strictly necessary information to facilitate ride aggregation services, ensure safety, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not directly store your credit card or banking passwords. All financial information is processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. However, strictly for the purpose of the SPDI Rules, any password you create for your RideSync account is treated as SPDI and is stored using industry-standard encryption (hashing).

To facilitate your ride, we share your First Name, Pickup Location, and Drop Location with the Driver-Partner. Your actual phone number is masked via a virtual number masking service whenever technically feasible.
We may disclose your information (including Location History and IP Logs) to government agencies mandated under the law to obtain information for the purpose of verification of identity, or for prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, prosecution, and punishment of offences, as required under Section 69 of the IT Act, 2000.
We engage third-party vendors for map services (e.g., Google Maps), cloud hosting (e.g., AWS/Azure), and SMS delivery. These parties are contractually bound to confidentiality and may not use your data for independent purposes.
